We're a staffing agency build by animal people, for animal

people— here to help when things get ruff. We're two RVT

sisters who started VMR out of pure need: working long

days, seeing burnout firsthand, and

knowing the vet world deserves better.

We didn't want to be another big

named staffing agency chasing dollars;,

we wanted to lead with compassion.

VMR connects veterinary clinic's, hospital's, and shelter's

with relief DVMs, RVTs, and VAs, when they're short-

staffed.

We're real people who grew up in a

house full of creatures great and small,

furry, feathered, scaly, and everything

in between. That passion turned

into careers we love, and now into

a mission we believe in: to support

our fellow vet pros, uplift the industry,

and keep tails wagging while

we do it. None of this works unless

everyone is supported.
