How much do you get paid?

They differ depending on the state and job. Please see the salary/ booking page for current rates for your state.

How do you get paid and when is pay day?

Pay options are: Zelle, direct deposit, or check by mail.


Pay day is 30 days from when we receive your timesheet submission via email/ sign in sheet for vet@thepark.


PS- payday will be early whenever possible!

How do I apply for a relief position?

Fill out an application, W9, and staffing agreement from the event page and email them to VMRinbox@VetMedRelief.com

What are your terms and conditions?

See our application and staffing agreement on the events page.

How do I book a shift?

Visit the events page, find a shift you want click book now, find your position (i.e.) RVT, DVM, VA, click book not and input your information under the correct date.

Are taxes taken out of
my check?

No. This is relief work only. You are a contract worker not an employee. You will get a 1099NEC at the end of the year.

Can I cancel a shift after booking?

Yes, you can cancel any time up to 24hrs prior to your shift through your confirmation email. Withing 24hrs please contact VMR directly via email or phone.

How do I know I have booked a shift?

You will receive two confirmations, one from calendly immediately after booking and then one from us VMR.

Are you licensed?

All of our DVM's and RVT's have medical license's that are current which we monitor closely.

Is your business insured?

Yes. We are bonded. Inquire for further details.

What is Vet@thepark?

Vaccination/Wellness clinics, hosted by LA County Animal Care and Control, for the community. We are not affiliated with Animal Care and Control. We Only staff the events.

Can you employee with a
clinic you relief at?

Yes. With proper communication and as long as the clinic is not under contract.
